This seminar is sponsored by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma, Region 7 (Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska).

The Regional and State Trauma Chairs have assembled an outstanding group of nationally known presenters and a program that will benefit every physician, advanced practice nurse, and physician assistant involved in trauma patient care. 

Objective

The objective of the Advances in Trauma seminar is to present nationally known faculty who will present timely trauma and critical care issues aimed at improving care of the acutely injured patient.  Current trauma diagnostic and therapeutic techniques will provide the audience with the most up to date information available.

This seminar will offer content valuable to trauma surgeons, general surgeons, emergency physicians, trauma coordinators, trauma nurses, critical care nurses, surgical residents, orthopedic surgeons, vascular surgeons and primary care physicians who care for injured patients.
